Our primary care providers offer a broad range of services to all members of the family. Physicals, well child checks, pediatric and adult care for common ailments and injuries, women’s care and more are available. We also offer a certified health coach to assist with the management of chronic conditions.
Pediatric Care
Our team provides complete care to pediatric patients, from newborns through teenagers. Pediatric services offered by Story Medical Clinic’s team of providers includes:
- Same day appointments for acute injuries and illnesses
- Walk-in Kids Clinic for infants to children up to 18 years
- Newborn service
- Weight checks
- Well baby and child exams
- Vaccinations
- Lactation support
