Maxwell Clinic Nearing Completion, Open House Set for October 20

The expansion and renovation of the Story Medical Clinic in Maxwell is getting closer and closer to completion. The project adds square footage while giving the facility—and Maxwell’s Main Street—a fresh new look.

In addition to reconfiguring the space the clinic has occupied for years, the project includes expansion into the space that was west of the clinic, allowing for an entrance off of Main Street.

Story Medical has provided primary care services in Maxwell for more than 25 years. Led by Michelle Jans, PA-C, the clinic offers a broad range of services to patients of all ages.

New Clinic Opens September 27

Jans and the Maxwell Clinic team will begin seeing patients in the new space at 403 First Street on Monday, September 27. To accommodate the move from the temporary location, the Maxwell Clinic will be closed September 22-24. Patients in need of care during this time are encouraged to visit Story Medical Clinic - Nevada.

Open House in October

An Open House to celebrate the opening of the new facility is scheduled for 4 to 7 p.m., Wednesday, October 20. Brief remarks and a ribbon cutting will be held at 4:30 p.m.. Watch for more details at storymedical.org and on Story Medical's social media channels in the weeks to come.
