The personalized modifications and variations make the class ideal for participants of any fitness level.
Women on Weights
Women on Weights is designed specifically for women. The class concentrates on resistance training to help tone up, burn calories and reduce the risk of osteoporosis. One-on-one attention is given to each class member to maximize her workout potential.
Story Medical's group cardiovascular training classes target total fitness. In addition to a cardiovascular workout, Fit-4-Life classes focus on light muscle toning and flexibility. Individual fitness testing is included as part of the program. Heart rate and blood pressure are monitored throughout each class session by an exercise physiologist.
