Get ready for an engaging and informative evening at our Community Health Fair that's geared toward people of ALL ages - because at Story Medical, you can't outgrow our care!

This event is designed for the whole family and includes a range of free health screenings that promote wellness and a proactive approach to health management. Participate in a variety of screenings, meet the providers who serve our community with dedication and care, jump into activities for kids, and learn more about the services of Story Medical.

Highlights Include:

• Free Health Screenings: Balance screenings, foot/shoe checks and more.
• Meet Our Providers: Connect with healthcare professionals.
• New Ambulance: Take a look at the outside AND the inside of our brand-new ambulance!
• UnityPoint LifeFlight: Weather permitting LifeFlight will land at approximately 5pm.
• Nevada Fire:  See a fire engine up close!
• Nevada Police: Police officers will be on hand to talk with and offer suggestions regarding car seat installation.
• Special Tour: Check out all the Medically Oriented Gym (MOG) has to offer.
• Fun for Kids: Special activities to keep the young ones entertained, including Fun with X-Rays and a demo on Healthy Back-to-School Snacks for kids!
• Information About Services: Booths featuring various services at Story Medical.
• Door Prizes: Attendees have the opportunity to win some GREAT prizes!
