Clinic History
Jyl Wonnell, PA-C, and Mary Carr Peterson, PA-C, are Story Medical Clinic-Slater's two healthcare providers. Both providers are committed to serving
the general healthcare needs of Slater and the surrounding communities and
are very active in community outreach programs such as flu vaccination,
blood pressure readings and blood sugar screenings.
