Story Medical Clinic - Nevada is a family practice clinic with three
board certified family practice physicians, two physician assistants and
a podiatrist who are available to meet your healthcare needs. Our
medical support team consists of LPN's, RN's and CMA's. In addition,
Story Medical Clinic is the only family practice clinic in Story County
to offer our patients a
health coaching services at no charge. Our entire staff is committed
to providing personalized, friendly healthcare to the patients we serve.
