Clinic History
Story Medical Clinic - Maxwell was opened in 1995 and offers general
family health care for acute or chronic health concerns for Maxwell and the
surrounding communities. Physician assistant, David Black, joined the clinic
in 2008.
David says he loves the small-town, community feel and knows that all of
the clinic staff work closely together to provide quality, individualized
personal care.
